About the Role:
We are seeking for a highly respected Toronto-based accounting firm to recruit a Senior Tax
Manager. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong CPA with experience in both private and
public company tax matters, including reorganizations, indirect tax, and compliance. You'll lead a
growing team, work directly with partners, and advise high-profile clients across multiple sectors.

Key Requirements:
- CPA designation required
- Completed CPA In-Depth Tax or MTax program
- 8+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in a public accounting environment
- Experience with tax compliance and indirect tax
- Experience with private corporations and publicly listed entities
- Familiarity with reorganizations, transactions, and advisory projects

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 CAD
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based (to be discussed)
- Work Location: Head Office – Toronto, Ontario
