Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead full-cycle electrical projects, ensuring they meet schedule, quality, and financial targets.
- Manage RFIs, permits, shop drawings, change orders, invoicing, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project teams, maintain safety and code compliance, and keep projects on track through regular progress reporting.
- Manage budgets and estimate costs accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical project management.
- Familiarity with electrical standards and codes.
- Skilled in project management systems (MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability.
- PMP or similar certification (preferred).
