Premier Landscaping Inc., located in Surrey, is looking for hard working, customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We service strata/commercial properties throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. The landscape lead hand position offers great opportunity for growth, and a fun atmosphere to work in. You will be part of a crew that will be working on various different sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in onsite tasks, while teaching and advancing in techniques of mowing, trimming, pruning, bed/plant care and clean up. Help train and mentor your team, under the Supervisor.
• Assist in planning each day/weeks work.
• Provide great customer service to our customers and promote Premier Landscapings core values.
• Occasionally drive and care for a truck and trailer if needed, as well as equipment, and landscaping tools, which includes any maintenance repairs.

Qualifications:

• Class 5 Driver's License - Preferred.
• 2 years previous landscape maintenance experience.
• Capable of taking direction and responsibility.
• Able for physical, manual work
• Able to withstand various working weather conditions
• Good work ethic (For example: consistently attending work every day, on time)
