What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a skilled foundry team.
• Oversee daily pouring operations, scheduling, and production quality.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with management on training, process improvements, and new technology adoption.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership in a foundry or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of casting operations, quality, and safety.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement an asset.
• A passion for problem-solving and team development.
