About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled UX Developer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, translating user experience designs into functional, interactive interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX designers, UI developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement user-centered designs.

  • Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into responsive and interactive web or mobile interfaces.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve user experiences.

  • Ensure consistency in design and adherence to UX best practices across applications.

  • Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve UX-related issues in collaboration with development teams.

  • Stay updated with emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Document design decisions, workflows, and development processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing.

  • Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion design, animations, or interactive UI components.

  • Familiarity with backend integration and APIs.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Understanding of analytics and metrics to inform UX improvements.
