Job Title: Operations & Sales Manager GTA Branch

Reports to: Regional Director / VP of Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations & Sales Manager to lead our clients flagship GTA branch. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving sales growth, managing budgets, and ensuring overall profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in construction sales, extensive GTA market knowledge, and established industry connections. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Operations
Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop operations and sales teams to achieve performance targets.
Implement processes to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Monitor branch KPIs, project progress, and operational performance.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales growth by leveraging existing GTA construction relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
Financial Management
Full P&L responsibility for the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure profitability targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Client & Market Engagement
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Stay current with GTA construction market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction operations and sales.
Proven track record of selling products or services within the construction industry.
Strong existing network of GTA construction contacts.
Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management software is an asset.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally to job sites and client meetings.
