We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the cafés performance, maintaining quality standards, and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (degree/diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred).
Minimum 35 years of experience in food & beverage management or hospitality.
