National Sales Executive

The Arrow Sales Executive is responsible for new client acquisition and driving growth for the company. Their primary responsibility is leveraging their network to book new client meetings and acquire new business by getting signed contracts. They would lead the onboarding process and support during implementation phase. Once an Account Manager has been assigned to the account and it's stable, the Sales Executive will continue overseeing the account in an escalations role and be responsible for the overall success of the account. They would be responsible for growing the account by adding other locations or developing the partnership into a national partnership. What you need to be successful
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staffing Sales Executive, ideally within the light industrial/manufacturing space
- Absolute hunter sales mentality. You are resourceful, can find leads on your own, book meetings and close business
- Desire to outwork everyone. Put in the work required to get the number of meetings you need and close business consistently
- Willing to travel as required. Meeting new clients and laying the foundation for a potential contract
- In the past, if you have not the person bringing in the account, you will not be successful in this role. This position would not be right for you
- Develop relationships with decision makers, including MSP's
- Well versed in working in high pressure environments with attention to detail
- Strong industry knowledge with an ability to negotiate good terms in new business deals
- Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize your day
- University degree preferred but not required
What you will be doing day to day
- Leveraging your network to prospect opportunities, book meetings with new clients and get contracts signed, anywhere in Canada
- Once meetings are booked with new clients, you will be leading those intro meetings ultimately with a goal of showing them why Arrow is right for them
- Assist our implementation team in setting up the account once the contract has been signed
- Oversee the account to ensure it's set up for success and act as an escalation point for client senior leadership
- Responsible for hitting daily sales targets, weekly sales targets, monthly sales targets, quarterly sales targets and yearly revenue goals
- Have regular check-ins with Account Managers to ensure we are filling orders and account is being serviced to the level we expect
- Conduct regular internal audits on your accounts to ensure 100% compliance. Nothing less will be accepted.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure they feel comfortable trusting Arrow with their staffing requirements
- Always be assessing the client account to understand if there are added opportunities for growth of the account
- Set up regular touchpoint meetings with existing clients to ensure we are hitting our metrics
- Conduct QBR presentations to client senior leadership to review the metrics and data we track
- Identify and get invited to participate in RFI's and RFP's on a regular basis with new business clients. Also would be taking the lead on completing the RFP's
