Key Responsibilities -
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day modular construction site activities.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure efficient assembly and installation of modular units.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and maintain compliance with regulations.
Ensure modular units meet quality standards, building codes, and client specifications.
Resolve on-site issues such as delays, material shortages, or coordination conflicts.
Track project progress and maintain accurate logs, records, and reports.
Report updates, challenges, and installation issues to the Modular Project Manager.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to site teams and apprentices.
Foster a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
Requirements -
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role in modular construction.
Strong knowledge of modular construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications (required).
Additional safety certifications (First Aid, Fall Protection, etc.) considered an asset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time across Western Canada.
Skilled in computer use and project coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions -
Primarily site-based: indoors and outdoors in varying weather (heat, rain, cold, etc.).
Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting materials.
Travel between job sites with rotational scheduling as required.
Work hours vary, with occasional overtime depending on project deadlines.
