Job Title: Solution Architect / Web Lead (Remote) - Full time position

Primary Skills: Cloud native technologies, AWS or GCP, backend & frontend architecture, event-driven architecture & serverless computing, React or Angular, component architecture.

Location: Mississauga, Canada

Duration: Fulltime hire ONLY, must be able to be hired directly.

Job Responsibilities:

We're looking for a more well-rounded full-stack Architect with full hands-on experience...someone who can contribute to both backend and frontend architecture and is comfortable jumping in to write code when needed.
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 5 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software engineering or a related field. Highly desired.
- Certification:
- Must have very good communications skills both verbal and written. Required.
- Cloud-Native technologies. Required.
- Both front-end and back-end technologies. Required.
- Architectural patterns, including Hexagonal or Multilayer architecture. Required.
- CI/CD processes, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps and OWASP principles. Required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming languages. Required.
- Workflow Management Systems (Camunda or Pega) and BPMN modeling language. Required.
- Good understanding about Frontend technologies. Frontend frameworks (React or Angular). Required.
- Good understanding of component architecture, hooks, and state management (e.g., Redux/Middleware like Redux-Saga/Redux-Thunk etc.). Lazy loading. Required.
- Front end architecture experience, preferably in React JS or Angular. Required.
- Experience with Unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. Required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
