We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to support a busy warehouse operation for a short-term project. This is a great opportunity for someone comfortable with hands-on work and looking for quick, flexible assignments.
Warehouse Worker (Short-Term Assignment)Location: Highway 7 & Leslie Street (Richmond Hill, ON)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 1–2 days (on-call, with possibility of extension but not guaranteed)Key Duties

• Physically load and unload boxed equipment ranging from toner cartridges to heavier items such as printers or scanners (20–50 lbs).
• Unpack, inspect, and sort items: check for damage, verify against packing slips, and organize products.
• Stage and pack shipments: secure items, wrap fragile products, label, and prepare pallets.
• Assist with showroom setup: unpack demo equipment (printers, cameras) and place them on display.
• Support inventory management: help with counts, track stock, and return overstock to proper storage.
• Safely move stock within the warehouse using a manual pump truck.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety by organizing packaging, disposing of empty boxes, and keeping aisles clear.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.
• Available for 1–2 days of on-call work, with the possibility of extension.
• Previous warehouse, general labour, or e-commerce packing experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with reliable transportation.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a manual pump truck.
• Team player who follows instructions carefully.
