Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Commercial Litigation LawyerLocation: Toronto, ON Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Lawyer/ Commercial Litigation / Legal / Law FirmEmployment Term: Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)Roles & Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in both secured and unsecured debt collection matters.
- Manage all aspects of bankruptcy matters.
- Represent clients in all manner of commercial litigation matters
- Provide expert advice on vetting and securing interests
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 8 - 10 years related Commercial Litigation experience in a Lawyer capacity.
- Expertise in security vetting and receivership.
- Expert advocacy skills, including drafting, conducting examinations, and appearing in court on contested matters.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
