What You'll Do✅ Develop & Expand Business – Identify and close new personal insurance opportunities nationwide.
✅ Build Key Relationships – Become the trusted advisor for individuals and families seeking tailored coverage.
✅ Deliver Expert Coverage Solutions – Provide home, auto, tenants, condo, and specialty coverage packages.
✅ Retain and Grow Accounts – Proactively manage renewals, cross-sell, and upsell existing clients.
✅ Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG – Manage pipelines, track submissions, and streamline client servicing.
✅ Collaborate with Underwriters – Negotiate competitive terms and coverage options.
✅ Drive Revenue Growth – Consistently exceed sales and retention targets.
✔ Active RIBO License (in good standing) – Required
✔ 3+ Years Personal Lines Insurance Experience – Home, auto, and specialty lines expertise preferred
✔ Proven success in growing and retaining a personal lines book of business
✔ Strong relationship management, customer service, and presentation skills
✔ CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred); Vertafore SIG experience is a plus
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote environment
