Position: Office Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Office Supervisor to support our fast-paced hospitality operation and ensure the smooth flow of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Supervisor, you will serve as the organizational hub of our operation—ensuring structure, efficiency, and clear communication across departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading administrative workflows and maintaining digital/physical filing systems.
- Managing all payroll-related functions, including timesheet validation, wage adjustments, and coordination with accounting.
- Overseeing invoice processing and vendor communications.
- Driving improvements in office procedures, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Monitoring data entry and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinating onboarding and HR documentation for new team members.
- Collaborating with operational managers to align administrative support with business goals.
- Managing internal communications and meeting logistics.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative, supervisory, or office management roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently.
- High proficiency with computers and office software (Excel, Word, scheduling tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated success in producing results and improving systems.
- Familiarity with AnyDay, Blackfox, and Silverware is considered an asset.
Expected start date: July 2025
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reports to: Office and Talent Manager
Wage: $24–$30 per hour (based on experience)
