THE ROLE
We are currently hiring a General Labourer assisting with vehicle undercoating for our client in St. George, ON. This is a full-time, hands-on position in a busy automotive manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and undercoating vehicles using spray equipment, as well as supporting the Quality Control and final assembly team when undercoating work is not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare vehicles for undercoating (masking/wrapping prior to spraying)
- Spray undercoating using a spray gun, ensuring all areas are properly covered
- Perform quality control checks on finished vehicles
- Assist with final assembly, cleaning, and other tasks when undercoating is not required
- Wear and maintain required PPE (full-face respirator and protective suit)
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Support team members with general labour duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Must have reliable transportation (not on a bus route)
- Previous spraying, painting, or automotive labour experience is an asset (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Comfortable wearing PPE (respirator, suit) during spraying tasks
- Good hand dexterity and ability to work with hand tools
- Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive team attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Ability to start as soon as possible
