Position Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring reliable, automated, and secure delivery pipelines. You will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and tools that empower our engineering teams to deliver code quickly, safely, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment.
  
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve system reliability, security, and deployment speed.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and post-mortems.
  
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and support disaster recovery planning.
  
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve delivery and operations.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or related role.
  
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
  
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  
• Scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  
• Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems administration, and application security principles.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in high-availability and distributed systems.
  
• Knowledge of serverless architectures.
  
• Familiarity with secrets management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
