Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences across our product. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design processfrom concept through validation to executionwhile collaborating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Youll play a critical role in shaping how our users interact with and extract value from our platform.

You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas directly impact thousands of users. Youll be a champion for design excellence and user empathy, and youll use research and feedback to create best-in-class workflows and interfaces.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own UI/UX Design Across the Product: Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences that solve real customer problems and align with business goals.
  • Champion User-Centered Design: Drive user research and validation efforts with internal teams and real users to inform design direction and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user problems, explore solutions, and deliver production-ready designs.
  • Elevate Design Quality: Shape and evolve our design system and interaction patterns, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the product.
  • Influence Product Strategy: Use your insights from design and research to help shape product roadmaps and prioritize features with the most user impact.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Support a culture of design excellence by mentoring teammates, sharing best practices, and fostering collaborative design thinking.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design workincluding UI, UX, workflows, and research outcomes.
  • Deep experience in user validation, including usability testing, interviews, and rapid prototyping.
  • Proven ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and an understanding of front-end implementation constraints.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skillsyou can explain your decisions clearly and advocate for the user, and influence without authority.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams.
  • Attention to detail and an obsession with craftnothing gets pushed live until it feels right.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for knowledge management, process automation, or workflow platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Exposure to customer support or contact center tools.
  • Utilization of modern AI tools to assist in prototyping designs
