Youll Support Hiring in Areas Such As:
- Retail & Branch Banking advisors, branch operations, and customer service roles
- Contact Centres high-volume hiring for service and sales positions
- Corporate Functions HR, finance, marketing, and administrative roles
- Operations & Back Office processing, settlements, and transaction services
- Risk & Compliance Support AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and audit support
What Youll Do:
- Partner with senior recruiters to deliverend-to-end recruitmentfor junior-to-mid-level FI roles
- Post jobs, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain strong candidate communication to ensure a great hiring experience
- Update ATS and recruitment reports accurately and on time
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand business needs
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of recruitment or HR experience within the Financial Industry
- Knowledge of FI business lines, processes, and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced, regulated environment
- Tech-savvy, with ATS and/or CRM experience an asset
