The Role
As a Project Coordinator, youll play a vital role in supporting our Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle. From coordinating submittals and RFIs to tracking costs, maintaining documentation, and preparing closeout packages, youll help ensure that every detail of a project runs smoothly, on time, and in compliance with both contract specs and company procedures.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Coordinate with general contractors, sub-trades, and suppliers to ensure timely communication and information sharing
  • Review and submit shop drawings and equipment documentation
  • Assist with project startup, training schedules, and job costing administration
  • Track and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, site instructions, and logs
  • Maintain digital and physical project files and documentation systems
  • Use project management platforms (e.g., PCL PDC, Procore) to update and manage deliverables
  • Prepare final close-out packages including as-builts, manuals, test reports, and commissioning records
  • Follow all company health & safety protocols

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience working in a team-based environment; construction experience is a strong asset
  • A degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or similaror equivalent experience as a Project Coordinator or certified technologist
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, equipment submittals, and specifications
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillsespecially Excel and Outlook
  • An understanding of mechanical systems and the construction sequencing process
