Partner Staffing, on behalf of our Client, is seeking a dynamic Senior Estimator for Heavy Civil Construction at a design-build construction drilling contractor located in Calgary, AB. Specializing in shoring, piling, anchors, grouting, and testing, dedicated to quality, safety, and innovation.

RequirementsThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with the Pre-Construction Manager and Operations to develop accurate estimates for construction projects

Key Responsibilities

· 5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, preferably in shoring, piling, or deep foundations.

· Strong knowledge of construction means and methods for shoring support and foundations.

· Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS, B2W, or similar) and MS Excel.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
