CAD Designer/Design Assistant (Junior Designer)

We're looking for a motivated CAD Designer/Design Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in turning design concepts into reality by creating and updating technical drawings in AutoCAD. You'll be responsible for producing polished, client-facing deliverables such as renderings and elevations for meetings.

This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with the owner, assisting in client meetings and staying in the loop on all project-related tasks, including vendor sourcing.

A core part of your role will be supporting the owner and the client throughout the design process, ensuring all project details are handled efficiently. You'll be instrumental in creating the final design drawings and construction packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Produce high-quality renderings and elevations for client presentations.

• Contribute to the creation of final design and construction packages.

• Participate in client meetings with the owner.

• Assist with project coordination and vendor sourcing.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and V-Ray.
