Best Vanity Toronto is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, assembly workflow, and warehouse team coordination. This is a critical role that ensures stock accuracy, timely deliveries, and warehouse efficiency while supporting our growing business.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

1. Warehouse Receiving & Inspection | 货物接收与验收

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments to ensure quantity, quality, and order accuracy.

• Record all received items in Inventory Management software.

• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods and coordinate replacements.

• 负责仓库物品的接收与验收,确保来货数量、质量与订单相符,并做好入库登记

• 检查货物完整性,如发现问题,及时汇报并协调补货

2. Storage & Warehouse Organization | 存储与仓库管理

• Ensure efficient and safe storage of goods to minimize damage and maximize space.

• Optimize warehouse layout for faster retrieval and order fulfillment.

• Implement an organized racking system for easy inventory management.

• 按照分类存放原则,确保货物摆放合理、安全,方便存取,提高盘点效率

• 优化仓库布局,提高货架利用率,减少物品损坏

3. Order Processing & Inventory Management | 订单处理与库存管理

• Monitor and manage stock levels in Zoho Inventory.

• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.

• Ensure proper documentation for inbound/outbound shipments.

• Prevent stock shortages by recommending restocking needs.

熟练使用 Zoho Inventory(或类似仓库管理软件),确保库存数据实时更新

定期进行库存盘点,确保账物相符,发现差异及时调整

按照需求提供补货的建议

4. Warehouse Team & Assembly Work Planning | 仓库团队管理 & 组装计划

• Coordinate the assembly team to ensure vanities are assembled on time.

• Anticipate upcoming orders and pre-assemble vanities to ensure fast delivery.

• Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust schedules as needed.

• Ensure that all assembled products pass quality inspection before shipment.

• 提前预测订单需求,确保仓库有充足的预组装库存,提高出货效率

• 合理安排组装团队工作,确保订单所需的柜体按时完成,不影响客户提货和发货时间

• 确保浴柜安装符合质量要求

5. Delivery & Logistics Management | 送货安排与物流管理

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for our two box trucks.

• Ensure orders are delivered within 2 business days for GTA customers.

• Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners to prevent delivery delays.

• Handle any delivery-related issues and provide solutions in real-time.

• 优化送货路线,确保公司两台 卡车 运输效率最大化

• 管理送货时间表,确保订单 2 个工作日内送达 GTA 地区客户

• 及时处理突发情况,确保订单准时交付

6. Safety & Compliance | 安全与合规管理

• Ensure all warehouse staff follow safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Regularly inspect warehouse equipment and forklifts.

• 监督仓库安全管理,确保所有人员符合安全规范

• 维护仓库整洁,定期检查设备,防止安全隐患

7. Continuous Improvement | 持续优化

• Identify areas for warehouse efficiency improvement and implement process changes.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and modern warehouse technologies.

Job Requirements | 岗位要求

✔ Language | 语言要求: Fluent in Chinese & English (流利中英文)

✔ Experience | 经验要求: At least 2 years of warehouse management experience (需具备 2年以上仓库管理经验)

✔ Software Skills | 软件技能: Familiar with Zoho Inventory or similar warehouse software (熟练使用 Zoho Inventory 或类似仓库管理软件)

✔ Forklift License | 叉车技能: Must have a valid forklift license (需持 有效叉车证)

✔ Commuting | 交通要求: Must have own vehicle (需自驾车上下班)
