What You'll Do✅ Develop & Expand Business – Identify and close new Builder's Risk opportunities in the construction sector.
✅ Build Key Relationships – Become the trusted advisor for developers, general contractors, and project managers.
✅ Deliver Expert Coverage Solutions – Structure tailored Builder's Risk programs for projects of all sizes.
✅ Advise on Risk Management – Guide clients on minimizing construction-related exposures.
✅ Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG – Manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups.
✅ Collaborate with Underwriters – Secure competitive terms from top construction insurance markets.
✅ Drive Revenue Growth – Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.
✔ Active RIBO License (in good standing) – Required
✔ 3+ Years Commercial Insurance Experience – Construction/Builder's Risk focus strongly preferred
✔ Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale construction accounts
✔ Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
✔ CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred); Vertafore SIG experience is a plus
✔ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
