Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative and clerical support to departmental teams.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and other official documents.
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical records.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including printing, filing, and scanning.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Previous Government of Alberta or public sector experience is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of information accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Advanced computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential).
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
