The Reality:
- Product and marketing will be unified under your leadership
- You'll build and mentor a growing team while executing hands-on
- You'll have direct access to exec team and near-zero bureaucracy
- Speed and results matter more than process and perfection
Your Mission: Own the entire growth engine - from product roadmap to revenue acceleration. This isn't three jobs; it's one integrated role where product, marketing, and growth decisions happen in the same brain.
You'll be:
- Talking directly to customers and stakeholders to identify our first vertical to dominate
- Shipping your first feature or campaign
- Implementing AI/automation to 10x our marketing efficiency
- Setting up metrics dashboards for MRR, CAC, conversion rates
- Defining product metrics and automating customer onboarding flows
Core Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Own the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, ship weekly
- Growth Marketing: Build vertical-specific positioning that drives MQLs and conversions
- Revenue Operations: Implement automation and AI across the entire funnel
- Team Development: Build a high-performing team through leading and showing how it's done, not meetings
You're Perfect If You: Have scaled a B2B SaaS product through significant ARR growth Think in experiments, not opinions Can write code, copy, and strategy with equal skill Get excited by phrases like "vertical domination" and "10x efficiency" Have strong opinions, loosely held
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in SaaS product/growth roles with measurable wins
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools
- Track record of reducing CAC while increasing conversion rates
- Ability to go from customer interview to shipped feature in weeks, not months
