- Must have experience as a finish rake man in asphalt paving
- Proven experience working on residential and industrial paving projects
- Strong knowledge of fine grading, asphalt raking techniques, and paving layouts
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor environment
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual and dependable
- Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, depending on job demands
