Location: Toronto. Hybrid - 1-2 days a week (onsite)

Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP A2R (Account-to-Report) Module Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training sessions for end users, business analysts, and technical teams on SAP's A2R processes and functionalities. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP Finance suite, particularly the Account-to-Report module, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP A2R processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Closing, and Reporting.
• Create training materials such as manuals, e-learning content, job aids, and quick reference guides tailored to diverse audiences.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching as needed.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observation to tailor content to specific business requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with SAP project teams, business process owners, and IT to ensure training aligns with system configuration and business processes.
• Provide post-training support, including troubleshooting user issues and answering SAP A2R-related queries.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP A2R features, updates, and best practices to continually enhance training offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with a focus on A2R processes.
• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related A2R modules.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
• SAP certification (FI/CO or S/4HANA) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools.
• Project management or change management experience.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
