Were launching our first Ontario office, and were looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to lead the charge. This is an opportunity to shape a new regional hub from the ground up, overseeing everything from telecom network survey and design, to permitting, construction management, and client delivery.

What Youll Be Responsible For
Reporting directly to senior leadership and collaborating closely with our project managers, designers, engineers, field teams, and municipal partners, you will:
- Lead the growth of Enceptas Ontario operations
- Oversee end-to-end telecom infrastructure projects survey, design, permitting, and construction management
- Establish operational infrastructure, workflows, and performance metrics for the Ontario office
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Build, mentor, and lead staff to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all deliverables
- Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, utilities, telecom providers, and other stakeholders
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Enceptas client base and service offerings in Ontario
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and quality expectations

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 1218 months, youll be:
- Running a fully operational Ontario office with clear processes and a strong team culture
- Building trusted relationships with Ontario municipalities, utilities, and partners
- Delivering multiple telecom projects that meet or exceed client expectations
- Maintaining a track record of safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations
- Driving measurable growth in project volume and revenue

What We're Looking For
- Telecom Expertise: 10+ years in telecommunications infrastructure projects, with deep knowledge of survey/fielding, design, permitting, and construction management
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to launch and scale operations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and oversee large-scale budgets
- Business Growth Skills: Experience building client relationships, winning contracts, and expanding service offerings
- Project Delivery Skills: Experience managing end-to-end telecom builds, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to set up new operations and drive business growth
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at navigating complex relationships with municipalities, utilities, and telecom providers
- Nice to Have: PMP or equivalent project management certification, engineering designation (P.Eng), or similar professional credential
