Responsibilities:
The Office Coordinator supports the Plant through day-to-day general administrative, ensuring the office is run in an efficient manner.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone and direct queries to appropriate departments.
- Basic administrative duties: photocopying, faxing, filing.
- Data entry into JustFoods ERP of purchase and orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and making adjustments to the system.
- Sort and input vendor and purchase invoices.
- Support production planning, order adjusting, and label printing.
- Follow up with equipment maintenance and service schedule.
- Coordinate production team with other departments.
- Prepare various reports assigned.
- Monitor factory uniform planning and organizing.
- Assist monthly physical inventory count and production inventory schedule.
- Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including: outlining product details, price quotations, product availability, creating and sending purchase orders.
- Act as backup for Customer Service/ Order Desk team.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with a 'happy to help' attitude.
- Flexible to work on weekends.
