As an Apprentice, you are an essential part of our team, supporting the creation of exceptional indoor environments. Guided by experienced journeymen and foremen, you'll develop your skills in installation, safety, and planning while contributing to projects that reflect our commitment to perseverance, innovation, people, and excellence.

This role provides the foundation for your journey toward becoming a journeyman, fostering growth through hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architectural, interior design plans and mechanical drawings/specs
  • Layout and cutting of pathways for installations
  • Cutting and preparing sheet metal ductwork and fittings
  • Installing various forms of ductwork (Rectangular S+D, Snaplock and Spiral)
  • Pulling refrigeration line sets (rough-in)
  • Installing Fans, HRV's, AHU's and other HVAC equipment)
  • Communication with foreman and PM
  • Good code knowledge
  • Proper use of power tools (hole hog, drill, sawzall, grinder, hammer drill)
  • Use of hand tools (Snips, Bar folder, SM hammer, crimpers)
  • Read and interpret drawings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1st year apprenticeship complete
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the industry
  • Experience with service & residential HVAC
