We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our clients' finance team on a 1-year contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and support audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
