Were looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Parts Manager to join our fast-paced dealership team! In this vital role, youll help power the service department by providing technicians and customers with the right partsquickly, accurately, and professionally.

Compensation: Up to $75,000 per year

OurPartsmanagerwillhelp to ensure the efficiency and productivity of thePartsdepartmentwill strive todevelop an action plan forthe department profitability.They will train and motivate employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Inventory management, including obsolete inventory.
  • Ordering partswith company and OEM guidelines.
  • Knowledge of parts pricing procedure.
  • Understands and maintains warranty platforms.
  • Establish& maintain good relationships withwholesale customers
  • Responsiblefor profitmanagement - must examine department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure the department's profitability
  • Managing day to day operationsof the Parts department
  • Managing deliveries and returns
  • Keepinganorganized department
  • Works with servicemanager& techniciansto maintainaneffective work flow

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 2 years parts experience
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Knowledge of parts pricing
  • Leadership skills
  • Highly organized and detailed orientated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and positive attitude
