Position Details

• Location: Downtown Ottawa

• Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional extended shifts

• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages

• Prepare and serve food items in line with our menu and presentation standards

• Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the café is clean, stocked, and ready for service

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling orders and payments accurately

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
