Burai is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales team and entrusted to scale Burais Go-To-Market capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and coaching a team of Account Executives.
- Managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets in line with Senior Leadership and Board of Director expectations.
- Developing and refining the sales process.
- Establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to align with overall company goals.
- Identify opportunities within the sales tech-stack to create efficiencies, with a strong emphasis on automation and reporting capabilities.
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success & product to ensure marketing efforts evolve to incorporate user feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a SaaS B2B leadership position (Manager Level or higher).
- Proven experience driving sales results in an emerging/new SaaS category.
- Experience managing a team of at least 6 individuals and/or sales leaders and their respective teams.
- Proven success in managing high-performing teams with direct ownership of multiple marketing functions.
- Experience implementing new technology (with an emphasis on integrations with Salesforce).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills are a must.
