UI Path Developer to support and technically leads different I.T. Applications initiatives.
The Contractor, UI Path Developer will be assigned to multiple Projects and application support Initiatives such as RPA, dashboards and reports development (Tableau), data processing and analysis using Alterix.

The individual will also be responsible to create and review solutions for assigned projects and lead small initiatives from start to finish.

The right candidate would be able to work with multiple different stakeholders and be able to collaborate with them to fulfill services/project requests and maintain commitments to meet the operations SLA. Stakeholders will generally include System Administrators, Technical Consultants, Solutions Architects, Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business users.

The individual would be a self-starter, be data driven, have strong problem-solving and data analytic skills, be result oriented and have excellent communication skills.

System Specific Operations:
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop, test, and implement UiPath workflows to automate manual processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UiPath workflows.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide data insights to stakeholders.
- Design and implement Alteryx workflows to automate data processing and analysis
tasks.
- Document and communicate automation solutions to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and improve automation solutions to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

Project Management:
- Provide SME input to the assigned projects
- Create and implement sound solutions
- Identify risks and mitigate as necessary, and escalate items to Management, as needed
- Accountable for the timely delivery of the assigned projects task as per established project plans
- Participate in root cause analysis, issue management, communication and change management
- Technical lead and manage intake initiatives to completion

Education:
Bachelor degree in any one of the following areas: Business, Engineering, Computer Science (required)

Certifications:
UiPath Certified Developer and UiPath Certified Advanced
Developer Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate
Alteryx Designer Core certifications

Skills:
MS Office (required) - Advanced
MS Visio - Advanced
ITIL Service Management - Intermediate
UIPAth - ability to develop and maintain UiPath workflows - Advanced
Tableau - Experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports -Advanced
