Position: Tow Truck Operator
Location: Calgary, AB
Work Type: Full-time (Monday to Sunday with overtime/on-call as needed)

About the Role:
As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be the face of Champion & Crane Towing, providing emergency roadside assistance, towing, accident recovery, and vehicle retrieval services. The role requires professionalism, safety awareness, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performing safe and timely towing and roadside assistance
• Conducting daily pre-trip inspections and ensuring truck maintenance
• Completing logs, invoices, and documentation accurately
• Using Towbook Software to manage job assignments
• Assisting with lockouts, emergency repairs, and accident scene cleanup
• Maintaining cleanliness of the truck and storage yard
• Following all municipal, provincial, and federal driving regulations
• Representing the company with a professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Valid Driver's License (appropriate class for vehicle)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in outdoor conditions
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screening
