Amico is a Canadian Manufacturing Company that has been supplying products to the Global Healthcare market for over 30 years. We require an experienced Manager to manage a team of in-house employees including Project Managers, Support and Administrative Staff.

Amico is a Canadian Manufacturing Company that has been supplying products to the Global Healthcare market for over 30 years. We require an experienced Manager to manage a team of in-house employees including Project Managers, Support and Administrative Staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Directly responsible to oversee Project Services staff, including CSRs, Estimators, AutoCAD Technicians, Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
- Communicate with external customers.
- Maintain a productive staff while meeting customer objectives.
- Coordinate workflow, review procedures and processes.
- Foster strong relationships with the day to day client contacts and achieve high client satisfaction levels by building/maintaining a strong client rapport as well as continually providing added value and ensuring satisfaction.
- Thorough understanding of client contract, specifically focused on project delivery and service needs including the documentation, maintenance and detailed understanding of the client ecosystem.
- Ensure accounts are being managed and maintained.
- Manage various tasks such as invoicing, quoting and other administrative duties.
- Work in collaboration with Sales, Production and Support teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless customer experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 five years experience in a leadership position is required.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing and/or construction is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
- Leadership skills, fostering engagement and a positive team environment with strong people management.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve client problems/issues
- Strong customer service orientation with superior interpersonal, communication (oral and written)
- Ability to work effectively with little supervision based upon an agreed to set of objectives and goals
- Possess Strong Computer Skills (SAP is an asset but not required)
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Able to generate reports
