In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our manufacturing products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
  • Deliver sales pitches to persuade prospects to purchase products or services.
  • Prospect and identify potential business clients within the manufacturing sector.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients, tailored to their specific business needs.
  • Answer questions about products/services, company information, and sales processes.
  • Record customer information, feedback, and responses accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and create sales materials.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and product updates to clients after the sale.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related customer service role.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
