We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of our full-service restaurant and pub. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant & pub including front-house & back-house management.
- Train, lead, and motivate team, maintaining high productivity & service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, & inventory management to control costs & maximize profitability.
- Develop marketing & promotional strategies to boost customer engagement & revenue.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours.
- Maintain supplier relationships and manage purchasing of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Monitor and report on sales, labor costs, and overall performance metrics to ownership.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes teamwork, respect, accountability.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of provincial liquor regulations and food safety compliance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be open to attending a 2-week paid in-person training session in Calgary.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Red Seal Chef or Hospitality Diploma/Degree is a plus
