About the Role
As Superintendent Production, you will lead and optimize operations (sawmill and planer mill) to ensure consistent production of high-quality products at the lowest possible cost. You will provide leadership to an engaged team while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and business objectives.

- Oversee compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental legislation.
- Identify and address training needs to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in lumber or wood products manufacturing required.
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing teams in a unionized setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills conflict resolution, coaching, supportive feedback, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bilingual in English and French an asset.
