We are seeking a Retail Store Assistant Manager to join our team! The assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience, smooth store functioning, and strong sales performance. This role requires a passion for jewellery, excellent communocations skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a customer-focused retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers in selection jewellery
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Assist in operation and closing the store, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Lead by example in sales techniques, customer service, and operational standards
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields minimum 1 year
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
