Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our staffing agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our staffing services to a wide range of industries. This role combines direct sales, client management, and strategic marketing to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
Present and promote the agency's staffing solutions to decision-makers across various industries.
Negotiate terms of business and service agreements in line with company policies.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services, including social media, online advertising, and event participation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry trade shows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (staffing or HR industry experience preferred).
Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Work Environment:
