AutoLoanServices.ca is a reputable car dealership known for providing exceptional vehicles and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized and responsible Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our vehicle inventory, maintaining a clean and organized lot, and delivering a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation, proper storage, and organization of the inventory.

• Lot Maintenance: Keep the lot clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure vehicles are properly parked, and the lot is well-maintained at all times.

• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any damages or issues to the appropriate department.

• Vehicle Detailing: Assist Main Detailer with detailing vehicles, as required

• Coordination: Collaborate with sales and service departments to coordinate the movement of vehicles as per customer requirements and dealership needs.

• Customer Service: Assist customers when needed, providing information about the vehicles and guiding them to the appropriate department for further assistance.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to the lot and vehicle storage.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of vehicles and their features.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Must be able to drive Manual Transmission
