We're looking for a Motion & Video Designer - Social Media Content who can bring stories to life across social media. In this role, you'll be responsible for editing engaging, high-performing video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll transform raw footage into polished, on-brand videos that align with current trends, are optimized for audience retention, and support broader marketing goals.This role calls for a strong visual storyteller with quick turnaround skills and a deep understanding of what performs well on each platform.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories.
• Enhance videos with captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music to maximize engagement.
• Optimize video formats for different aspect ratios and platform-specific requirements.
• Stay ahead of trending audio, memes, and visual styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to align video output with brand goals and creative direction.
• Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and final video assets for easy access.
• Work under tight deadlines, quickly adapting to feedback and content changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing video content for social media platforms (Portfolio showcasing social media video content required).
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• +3 years of experience with 3D and Motion designer
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling techniques, and audience retention strategies.
• Ability to turn around high-quality edits quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for digital content and staying ahead of social media trends.

Salary & Benefits

• $2,000-$3,800K USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
