Youll play a key role in overseeing our websites, online tools, and digital systems, making sure they perform at their best and help us achieve our business goals. This role blends technical understanding, operational oversight, and strong communication skills.
Location: In Person - Cambridge, ON
Compensation: Up to $50,000 -$60,000 per year

What Youll Do
- Oversee and maintain company websites, e-commerce platforms, and related online tools.
- Monitor uptime, speed, and platform performance.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date online inventory listings.
- Work with internal teams to update and improve content.
- Integrate platforms with CRM, analytics, and marketing tools.
- Use analytics to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain platform security and ensure user-friendly navigation.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What Youll Need
- 3+ years managing websites or digital platforms.
- Knowledge of CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage vendor relationships.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and API integrations.
- SEO, UX/UI, or digital marketing background.
