We're looking for a marketing leader who can plan, manage, and execute strategies that increase showroom traffic, boost service business, and build lasting awareness of our brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales-Driven Marketing
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive vehicle and service sales
Coordinate seasonal and event-based promotions to maximize showroom and service lane traffic
Work with dealership teams to align marketing activities with sales priorities and targets
Plan marketing support for new model launches, sales events, and service promotions
Digital Advertising & Brand Awareness
Manage all paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, and remarketing
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content supports sales objectives and brand consistency
Monitor campaign analytics, prepare reports, and make data-informed adjustments to improve results
Ensure consistent brand representation across all websites, digital platforms, and locations
Community Engagement & Public Relations
Build brand visibility through partnerships, sponsorships, and local media outreach
Develop PR strategies and oversee distribution of press releases and promotional announcements
Represent Progressive Auto Group at community events and ensure strong brand presence
Campaign & Vendor Management
Direct the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, photography, video, and web assets
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
Oversee the annual marketing calendar and advertising budget for all locations
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, automotive, or other sales-driven industries
Strong background in digital marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation
Proven ability to deliver campaigns with measurable sales impact
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Data-focused approach to measuring results and optimizing campaigns
Skilled at coordinating resources and directing creative work to completion
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time hours
