Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill the position of a Warranty Administrative Assistant.
Essential Duties:
· Process warranty claims in the OEM portal, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
· Review repair orders and supporting documentation for compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
· Track claim statuses, follow up on unpaid or returned claims, and resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain digital records of claims, service bulletins, and warranty policies.
· Communicate with service managers and advisors to obtain missing information or clarify details.
· Assist with compiling warranty performance reports for management review.
· Keep current with manufacturer warranty procedures, updates, and policy changes.
· Other duties as assigned by manager
All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:
· Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
· A minimum of 1 years' warranty experience
· Basic knowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Desire to exceed customer expectations.
