We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the Growth Marketing function at Ask-AI.
We are looking for an analytical, creative and visionary leader to join our Marketing team, a growth marketer with the ability to develop the strategy and oversee the execution of B2B Marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Growth Marketing is responsible for informing our go-to-market strategy and working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer success to deliver business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic development and tactical execution of a integrated, multi-channel B2B Marketing program that enables the company to reliably, predictably, and efficiently achieve aggressive growth targets
- Oversee all organic and paid acquisition channels across every stage of the buyer journey and determine the optimal channel mix to drive efficient and effective growth
- Develop account-based Marketing strategies and programs to help win and grow key accounts
- Become an expert on the nuances of the B2B Enterprise AI space so you can effectively drive growth
- Build out and optimize the Marketing tech stack to capture data, reporting and insights and drive effective decision-making
- Establish Marketing KPIs and performance metrics, measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, programs and channels and develop insights and recommendations on where to focus resources and investment
- Built and own an experimentation pipeline that enables testing and validation of new channels, tactics and approaches
- Own the Marketing website and ensure it is optimized for conversion
- Work closely with Sales to ensure we are attracting the right prospects and effectively converting awareness and interest into Sales qualified opportunities and pipeline.

Requirements:
Experience We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Strong command of inbound and outbound Marketing to enterprise B2B buyers
- Proven experience and success driving demand across the entire Revenue funnel
- Track record of success with a variety of organic and paid performance marketing strategies, tactics and channels
- Proven ability to deploy a test-and-learn approach to build a successful experimentation program
- Experience using and owning a Martech stack and other tools — and the ability to measure and attribute the impact and ROI of Marketing investments
- Demonstrated experience with field marketing and account based marketing approaches
- Experience overseeing Lifecycle Marketing programs that nurture prospects and customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Proven experience with website and landing page conversion optimization
