Location: Combination of On-Site in Scarborough and Work from Home

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience

Foxy Originals is a Toronto-based jewelry company that supplies an on-trend line of Canadian-made accessories to independent boutiques, large-scale retail chains, and numerous e-commerce channels across North America. The Role
The Office & Production Manager is the operational hub of our business — overseeing the smooth running of the office while managing the end-to-end coordination of custom corporate orders and production. This role combines administration, logistics, and production oversight, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, production timelines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.

You'll manage office operations, supervise fulfillment, liaise with suppliers, track production progress, and keep multiple projects moving forward on schedule. From ordering raw materials to final product delivery, you'll ensure that every step runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an organized, efficient, and well-supplied workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order databases.

Order Coordination & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for custom corporate orders.
  • Process and track orders from receipt through to final delivery.
  • Communicate with customers on timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and send product samples to clients.

Production Oversight

  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely production.
  • Monitor production schedules and address delays or issues proactively.
  • Oversee quality control for custom orders, ensuring brand and client standards are met.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Logistics & Delivery

  • Arrange outbound shipping and delivery for domestic and international custom orders.
  • Prepare brokerage and customs documentation.
  • Liaise with shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post) to meet deadlines.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Report on production timelines, order status, and project profitability.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in office management and/or production coordination.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in EDI and Shopify a benefit.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • University or college degree.
  • Previous experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or promotional products industry is an asset.

Salary Range: $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience.
