Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Support
Recruitment Coordination: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, prepare interview materials, and assist with onboarding documentation.
HRIS & Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records across all dealerships and the body shop; update HRIS systems and track key HR metrics.
Employee Relations Support: Assist in internal communications, prepare meeting notes, and coordinate engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation: Support the HR Director in ensuring compliance with Ontario employment standards, company policies, and Ministry of Labour requirements.
Health & Safety: Assist with training coordination, safety documentation, and record-keeping for inspections and incident reports.
Event Coordination
Plan and execute internal events, including town halls, team meetings, employee appreciation events, family fun days, and Christmas celebrations.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, venues, and event communications.
Track budgets and provide event follow-up summaries.
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the executive leadership team.
Arrange travel, prepare materials, and handle special projects as assigned.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management (required)
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills—written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an asset
Event planning or coordination experience is a plus
Professional, discreet, and dependable
Hourly Rate: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time hours
