Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Recruitment Coordination: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, prepare interview materials, and assist with onboarding documentation.

  • HRIS & Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records across all dealerships and the body shop; update HRIS systems and track key HR metrics.

  • Employee Relations Support: Assist in internal communications, prepare meeting notes, and coordinate engagement initiatives.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Support the HR Director in ensuring compliance with Ontario employment standards, company policies, and Ministry of Labour requirements.

  • Health & Safety: Assist with training coordination, safety documentation, and record-keeping for inspections and incident reports.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute internal events, including town halls, team meetings, employee appreciation events, family fun days, and Christmas celebrations.

  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, venues, and event communications.

  • Track budgets and provide event follow-up summaries.

Administrative & Personal Assistant Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the executive leadership team.

  • Arrange travel, prepare materials, and handle special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management (required)

  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)

  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an asset

  • Event planning or coordination experience is a plus

  • Professional, discreet, and dependable
